Chris cares about your operational success, and has the know-how to make it happen. Chris farms collaboratively with several farmers in NE Iowa on a progressive corn and soybean row-crop operation.

Evan Shout is the president and co-founder of Maverick Ag Ltd, a business risk management and consulting firm focused on insurance and data analytics.  He sits as the Chief Financial Officer at Hebert Grain Ventures (HGV), a 40,000-acre grain and oilseed operation in South East Saskatchewan.  Along with Kristjan Hebert, he founded Farmer Coach – a first-of-its-kind educational and coaching program for primary producers.

Ben Gordon is the CEO of Fractal Ag, a company that invests alongside farmers in their land, rather than competing against them.  Ben previously co-created Corteva Agriscience’s carbon program while also leading Business Development. Ben previously served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. He was raised in North Dakota where the original family homestead is still farmed by extended family. He lives in San Francisco, CA.
