Jeremy Doetch
Jeremy Doetch is the Senior Vice President and Agricultural & Commercial Banker Team Lead at German American State Bank. With 18 years of experience in commercial and agricultural banking, he works with crop farmers, livestock operations, agribusinesses, and commercial real estate investors. Actively involved in his family’s 2,500-acre farm, he understands the challenges farmers face and helps clients strategize for long-term success. Known as “The Farming Banker,” Jeremy provides expert guidance on agriculture cycles, financial planning, and agribusiness growth.

Grant Wiese
Grant Wiese is the founder of Farm640, a business dedicated to helping farmers navigate the farm buying process with essential tools and resources. Growing up on a generational farm in the Midwest, he developed a deep passion for agriculture and later earned a degree in Agricultural Business. Combining hands-on farming experience with his background as an agricultural lender, Grant saw the challenges farmers face when purchasing land. Recognizing the need for better guidance, he created Farm640 to provide free resources and expert insights. His goal is to empower farmers with the knowledge they need to make informed financial decisions and build successful operations.

Rebecca King
Rebecca oversees the Ag Banking Relationship Team. The Ag portfolio of Old National is geographically diverse across the Midwest. The team focuses on row crop, livestock and Agri-Business opportunities, assisting producers with operating, equipment and real estate financing and well as Old National Bank’s suite of Business Deposit services. Team members, all of whom have Ag or family farm backgrounds, are involved in their communities and local ag organizations, enabling them to provide excellent industry knowledge to farm clients and prospects. In addition to Agriculture lending, Rebecca also has a deep understanding of C&I lending.

Ben Gordon
Ben Gordon is the CEO of Fractal Ag, a company that invests alongside farmers in their land, rather than competing against them. Ben previously co-created Corteva Agriscience’s carbon program while also leading Business Development. Ben previously served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. He was raised in North Dakota where the original family homestead is still farmed by extended family. He lives in San Francisco, CA.
